Hoivatilat has received the Great Place to Work certification. Great Place to Work certification is a trusted and globally acclaimed recognition of excellent employee experience, a trust-based corporate culture, and a commitment to building a good workplace.
The survey was conducted with the Great Place to Work tool for the fourth year in a row. The average of all claims, the Trust Index, was a record high 98 this year. We performed particularly well in the areas of caring, equality and support. The results had improved significantly in comparison to last year in terms of communication, work environment and work resources.
I am happy and grateful that, even during these exceptional circumstances, we have maintained, and in fact strengthened, a culture of caring and supporting each other. Excellent employee experience is followed by excellent customer experience. Motivated and committed employees also create business growth and success, says CEO Jussi Karjula. Our certification enables us to be ranked on the Best Jobs 2022 listing, which is annually used for awarding the 50 most deserving GPTW certified organizations in Finland.
