Hoivatilat voted third best place to work in Finland
Hoivatilat has been selected as the third best place to work in Finland in the Great Place to Work Institute’s survey of small organisations. This is the result of several years of goal-oriented work to create satisfied employees and a well-functioning corporate culture. Finland’s Best Workplaces 2022 were announced yesterday at an awards ceremony organised by Great Place to Work Finland.
The Great Place to Work survey has now been carried out in Hoivatilat for four consecutive years. Each year of the survey has resulted in an excellent Trust Index score. The Trust Index shows the percentage of respondents who consider their workplace to be a good or very good place to work. The average Trust Index score in the Finnish workplace is 56. The Trust Index for Hoivatilat is 98.
– The best thing about Hoivatilat is the company culture, which is reflected in the way people interact both within the company and with customers and partners. We have identified the strengths of our culture and we have a clear will to continue to be one of the best places to work in Finland,” says Atte Niittylä, CEO of Hoivatilat.
The rankings announced yesterday are based on the Great Place to Work survey conducted in August last year. Hoivatilat scored particularly highly in the areas of community, friendliness and caring.
– In my role, I am particularly interested in the areas for development that emerged from the survey. While the results are excellent, there is always room for improvement. The business environment is constantly changing and while these changes require our staff to continuously develop their skills, employers must also be able to anticipate these needs. The survey is an excellent tool for anticipation and keeping a finger on the pulse of our people,” says Riikka Säkkinen, HR and Communications Director at Hoivatilat.
