Hoivatilat was chosen as the best workplace in Finland

Hoivatilat has been selected as the best place to work in Finland in the Great Place to Work Institute’s survey of small organisations. This is the result of several years of goal-oriented work to create satisfied employees and a well-functioning corporate culture. Finland’s Best Workplaces 2023 were announced yesterday at an awards ceremony organised by Great Place to Work Finland.

The Great Place to Work survey has now been carried out in Hoivatilat for five consecutive years. Each year of the survey has resulted in an excellent Trust Index score. The Trust Index shows the percentage of respondents who consider their workplace to be a good or very good place to work. The average Trust Index score in the Finnish workplace is 56. The Trust Index for Hoivatilat is 98.

– The best thing about Hoivatilat is the company culture, which is reflected in the way people interact both within the company and with customers and partners. We have identified the strengths of our culture and we have a clear will to continue to be one of the best places to work in Finland, says Atte Niittylä, CEO of Hoivatilat.

The rankings announced today is based on the Great Place to Work survey conducted in August last year. Hoivatilat personnel gave the strongest rating in the area measuring equality.

– At Hoivatilat, we have focused specifically on building a safe, open and trust-inspiring atmosphere, so it’s really great to see that we have succeeded in that, says Anna Saarinen, Director responsible of HR at Hoivatilat.
