Hoivatilat to develop care homes for Attendo in Turku, Kuopio and Seinäjoki
Hoivatilat and Attendo have signed lease agreements for care homes for older people to be developed in Turku, Kuopio and Seinäjoki. The projects have valid building permits, and construction has started at the sites.
The elderly care home being developed in Turku will provide 25 places for residents, while the elderly care homes in Kuopio and Seinäjoki will provide 40 and 44 places, respectively. The total investment value of the projects is approximately EUR 16.5 million.
The projects have been developed in cooperation with Huhti Palvelukiinteistöt Oy. SSA Rakennus Oy is responsible for the construction of the Turku project, while the Kuopio and Seinäjoki projects are being constructed by Rakennusliike Lapti Oy. The projects are scheduled for completion in the autumn of 2026.

Once completed, these three care homes will provide a home for more than 100 elderly people in total.
