Hoivatilat once again recognised as one of the best workplaces in Finland
Hoivatilat has been ranked the sixth-best workplace in Finland in the small organisations category in the Great Place to Work Institute’s survey. Being ranked among the top ten for the eighth consecutive year demonstrates Hoivatilat’s long-term commitment to employee wellbeing and a strong company culture. The result is based on the Great Place to Work strategy, which Hoivatilat has systematically developed over several years as part of its long-term work on people and organisational development. Finland’s Best Workplaces 2026 were announced at an awards ceremony organised by Great Place to Work Finland.
The Great Place to Work ranking is based on an employee survey conducted in August last year. Hoivatilat received strong ratings across several areas measuring employee experience, particularly in statements relating to leadership, collaboration and equality.
One of the key strengths highlighted by the results is employees’ overall satisfaction and the quality of leadership. All Hoivatilat employees agree that “Overall, this is a great place to work”, while 100 per cent of employees feel that their manager treats them as an individual, rather than simply as an employee.
The Great Place to Work survey has been conducted at Hoivatilat for eight consecutive years. Long-term success in employee surveys demonstrates the strength of Hoivatilat’s company culture and the importance of continuously developing the employee experience.
