Change in Suomen Hoivatilat Oyj's holding of treasury shares

A total of 23,134 shares in Suomen Hoivatilat Oyj have been returned free of consideration to Suomen Hoivatilat Oyj by virtue of the terms of Suomen Hoivatilat Oyj's share-based incentive program 2015.

The shares were returned on 27 February 2019. After the transfer, Suomen Hoivatilat Oyj holds 23,134 of its own shares.

On the date of this release, the total number of shares in Suomen Hoivatilat Oyj is 25,439,229 and the total number of votes is 25,416,095.
