Suomen Hoivatilat: Financial targets for 2019-2021, and schedules for financial reports in 2019

Financial targets for 2019-2021 and dividend policy

Suomen Hoivatilat Oyj has set the following targets for period 2019-2021:

• Annual revenue growth 30 per cent on average
• Operating result at 40 per cent of revenue, on average
• Equity ratio at least 30 per cent on average. IFRS 16 standard effective from 1.1.2019 is taken into account in equity ratio.
• According to Hoivatilat's dividend distribution policy, the target is to distribute at least 50 per cent of the operating result as dividends every year.

Schedules of Suomen Hoivatilat's financial reports and Annual General Meeting in 2019

Suomen Hoivatilat will publish the following financial reports in 2019:

21 February 2019: Financial Statements Bulletin for 2018

8 May 2019: Business Review, January-March 2019

22 August 2019: Half-Year Review, January-June 2019

6 November 2019: Business Review, January-September 2019

The Annual General Meeting will be held on 26 March 2019. The company's Board of Directors will issue a separate notice of the Annual General Meeting at a later date.

The Annual Report for 2018 will be published in week 10 of 2019.

The company's Capital Markets Day will be held on 10 January 2019 in Helsinki.
