Suomen Hoivatilat Oyj: disclosure under chapter 9, section 10 of the Securities Market Act
Suomen Hoivatilat Oyj ("Hoivatilat") has on 13 November 2018 received a notification pursuant to chapter 9, section 5 of the Securities Market Act from Partnera Oy (business identity code 1618627-6).
Pursuant to the notification, the aggregate holdings of shares and voting rights of Partnera Oy and Nurture Property Holding Oy and Nurture Real Estate Holding Oy, being companies controlled by it, has fallen below 15%, 10% and 5% on 12 November 2018. The notification is based on a transaction where Föreningen Konstsamfundet rf. and Kusinkapital Ab acting on behalf of a limited company to be incorporated (the "Purchaser") and Nurture Property Holding Oy and Nurture Real Estate Holding Oy (the "Sellers") have on 12 November 2018 entered into an agreement for the sale of 3,767,012 shares in Hoivatilat by the Sellers to the Purchaser. The transaction will be settled no later than 12 December 2018.
